“I have had this for 2 days. It feels like it will fall apart at any moment. Two adults sat down on it and it made a cracking noise from the bottom. (Pretty sure it's now broken). I didn't pay for the additional warranty so there is no solution to this although my problem is the poor quality. I now have no couch or the funds to replace it. Dissapointed.”

Pretty Decent!

“I am surprised this couch has almost no reviews. It's very easy to put it together and the material is soft, big time (great for summer). Def, comfortable and the price is great too. One thing that I noticed is related to the very basic back support for the seat in the middle. Basically, there is some wooden board that flexes quite a bit for that middle seat only and if you host a lot, not sure if it will last. Otherwise, it is a nice couch.”

“Have no problem with the sofa, the only problem I have was with the delivery, it was shipped using FedEx, however I was getting emails every day they attempted to deliver and after waiting for the delivery almost all day , then I get an update that it will be delivered tomorrow (next day), then same thing next day I go and wait for the delivery and by the end of the day another update from FedEx that sorry it will be tomorrow again.
5 emails for 5 days delivery and nothing was delivered, then I gave up and told Ashley to cancel the order and I went home, then later that day I got an email with a picture that the sofa was delivered and left outside my front door. I had to go back to open the door and put the sofa inside because it was going to rain later that night.
Conclusion: 6 trips to my rental condo from my house 1 hour going and 1 hour back for a total of 12 hours driving just to receive that sofa.
Ashley and/or FedEx should reimburse me for all this driving and wasted time sitting at my rental condo waiting from 11 am thru 5 pm for 5 days.
Never never again purchasing anything from Ashley online, not to mentioned that by the 3rd failed delivery trial when I called Ashley and complaint, they promised me to give me $50 credit toward next purchase, so far have not heard anything from Ashley nor have received any future credit.”
