“I wish there had been pictures of the back of the futon on the website. It is very awkward looking. It also makes a lot of noise when sitting on it. Might be ok for a college dorm room, but it just looks super cheap. I would not recommend this for any space other than a kids playroom or dorm.”

“I did love the sofa it was oknice. Material was a little thin, but the sofas fall down all the time I have a hard time trying to keep them up I put them up, but then you will be sitting on them and they will fall all of a sudden so if you have like an elderly person, this would not be ideal. I did try to return them, but they say these are from a third-party and they have you pay the return which technically is like paying for a brand new sofa and it’s ridiculous so they do not have a return policy in place for these they say they do but that’s not a return policy when you have to pay for the return ..”

“It’s stiff/uncomfy to sit on and the cover material seems thin so don’t know how well it’ll hold up. Spilled something on it and it came off with a quick wipe down soap and water though so that’s a plus. Maybe after some time it’ll evt be softer/more cushiony to sit on, time will tell for both. Otherwise for the price it’s ok. Alone it took 6 hrs to put together. Heavy box to move. I liked that it had middle supports for heavier set ppl to sit on. Good enough looking and usefulness for guests to sit on for shorter periods 1-2 hrs. More than that I wouldn’t recommend. Hope it’ll break in better. It looks good in a room.”

“It’s a decent futon, looks nice but will need some breaking in on the cushions. Assembly was a bit of a pain because they missed 2 pre-drilled hole spots so getting those spots drilled properly was a task as well as a trip to get proper hardware. Overall it is nice, it’s a just the right length and I have a mattress topper for it for sleeping and a slip cover over that.”

Great Futon

“I recently purchased the futon less than a month ago. I am very happy with the purchase. I have this futon in my Den. My children and I love it very much. Love the feature and how it turns into a sleeper. UPS delivered it on time, and was very easy assembly. Not much to do, except to put the legs and arm. Don't know what “notapaidreview” is whining and complaining about. I actually purchased two of the style except the other is fabric. That's in my bedroom. And does wonders for time away from the bed.”
