“I would love to be able to rate this chair, but we have received the worst service from Ashley in regards to receiving this chair. We've had zero communication about delivery and we paid for white glove delivery. Every time I reach out I am told something different. I have been charged and refunded, then charged again and still no chair. I just want the chair! Extremely disappointed and Ashley's online service. Would not order anything from them again.”

Waste of money for setup.

“Love the chair, but delivery was late and the guys that delivered it obviously had never set one up! They were reading the instructions and after set up we tested it worked fine, then after they left the foot massager fell off, they didn't put the C clamp fastener on one side, my wife said she saw them having trouble with the side that came off, they must have taken the fastener with them it was nowhere to be found. Luckily I had a C clamp that fit so I repaired what they left out! Extra 100.00 for white glove delivery was a waste of money.”

“Love my chair. My sister has a similar chair and I love using it when I go to her house. This chair gives an amazing massage. Delivery was great and guys were so good setting up my chair. would definitely buy again.”
