Great chair, really love it . . . the user guide, not so much.

“I love the chair, the massage is incredible and it takes care of most places that are sore and need it. However, the manual leaves a lot to be desired. The instructions are very vague and incomplete. Online videos (& video reviews) are not very helpful. They detail features, but not how you really customize the massage. For example, my wife thinks several of the preset routines are too hard and intense on her legs and feet. Very difficult to find out how to lower that area intensity effectively. The way described in manual does not work. All that said, we love the chair and see a lot of benefit in frequent use.”
