“Love the chair, but communication sux. I ordered the chair in mid August and did not get my chair until the end of September. Shipping is super slow, once it arrived in vancouver, WA I called customer service to schedule a delivery they said someone from hub group would call me in two days. A week passed no call, i called again to set up a delivery same thing happened. Then they stated that the box was damaged and they needed approval from Ashley before they could deliver or send back and ship a new one. Again waited with no response from anyone. Eventually I just scheduled a delivery with the automated system and hoped for the best. I was supposed to get a phone call the day before delivery with a window time frame for delivery, no phone call. I Eventually got a text from a place called Rockett delivery, I thought it was supposed to be hub group delivering the chair. Rockett delivery delivered the chair and the box was not damaged in any way, so what was the problem?. I ensured everything worked on the chair before they left. Like I said the chair works great, but the customer service with the hub group sux bad. They were of no help whatsoever. They would give me no answers. All they said was wait for a phone call from hub group, well that never worked out. Everytime I talked to them I got a different answer about thw status of the chair. Then they didn't even use hub group to deliver it, they used Rockett delivery. Overall love the chair.”
