Love the couch - HORRIBLE SHIPPING EXPERIENCE

“First: I love this couch. It's super comfy and large. My parents visited me and told me they want to steal this couch from me lol. It's getting 4 stars because of Metropolitan Warehouse - the delivery company from HELL.
I received this couch after almost 1.5months (yes I know COVID is delaying everything) however Metropolitan Warehouse is the WORST delivery company I have had to deal with. I was called to get my couch delivered Oct 26th - took off work and all. They then said that it wouldn't be there in time at the local warehouse and I would have to reschedule because it was showed that it was "in transit". They rescheduled me for Nov 13th.... THREE EXTRA WEEKS???? Absolutely not. Turns out my couch was sitting in the local warehouse where I lived UNSCANNED. The truck had dropped it off on time but no one who worked there checked it in. If I hadn't had called asking where my couch is, I think it would've been lost especially if it was sitting in a WH for 3 weeks.
TOV you have great furniture, but think about changing who you ship with because I probably won't buy another large item from you again. Please beware that MW is terrible. HORRIBLE reviews on Yelp (1.5 stars, 400+ reviews). Do better TOV.”
