“You did not send me the Relax-R Montreal Recliner and Ottoman. The Relax-R Montreal Recliner is upholstered in Top Grain Leather from the Relax-R™ Collection.
That’s not what you sent me. What I got was a “leather-like” Polyurethane chair from the Oslo Collection by Mac Motion Chairs™.
Montreal and Oslo are not even on the same continent.
While I wait here for 3 to 5 business days before anyone from Ashley Home Furnishings will acknowledge my complaint that they sent me a PLASTIC chair in place of the Top Grain Leather chair I ordered, I will happily submit my review of this world class foul-up from what was supposed to be reputable company.
Also, the seating is definitely NOT memory foam. NOT LEATHER. NOT MEMORY FOAM.”
