“FedEx dropped my mom‘s chairs off in the lobby of her apartment building instead of bringing them to her apartment door so I am incredibly not happy now because I’m trying to figure out how to get them to her apartment. You need to find another delivery company other than FedEx because they completely suck”

footrest doesn't match website photos

“The blue is so dark it's almost black. Sturdy, thick, heavy chair.
There is no extension on the footrest as shown in the images (which was a major selling point for us). It's a single piece with a flap of fabric between it and the chair that threatens to get caught in the mechanism.
Arm height measurement is 26", seat height is 21" - my feet don't touch the floor when upright, and hang off the footrest when reclined - I am 5'5"! I'm sure it will pack down and soften eventually.”

Both chairs came in boxes and both were left in my driveway and not on my patio… Then it rained and the boxes were ruined, but fortunately the chairs were covered in a plastic covering. Be careful if FedEx is selected to deliver your chairs that you aren’t coming home to furniture that might be ruined.”
