“Just okay. Instead of covering some mechanical areas with fabric, just used flaps of fabric so it looks cheap. I think they may have this as an online item only because it would not sell well in a showroom. I was going to reupholster my old recliner because it was so well built and comfortable, but chose to get a new one instead. Now I regret that decision.”

“We ordered and received the docker pushback recliner, not the Madison Park Kirby recliner. There was some issue on Ashley furniture’s part with the name of the recliner, but what we wanted and what we received was exactly what we wanted. We love the chair but the name (Kirby Pushback) wasn’t the one we ordered or received.

“This chair is perfect for my small space. I purchased online when I saw the pattern, so I had not sat on it to test the comfort. It's a nice firm chair, just as I had hoped.
The one downside is the stiffness of the reclining mechanism. Hopefully, this will loosen up with use.”

“Return of the chair was horrible. NOT customer easy. Spent several weeks on your website — this was a website purchase—talking to Ashley and fedex. Spent countless hours tracking how to return the recliner. Talked with 4 ‘ Ashley’ reps and my credit card customer rep also several times. I started the return process in January and the return finally hit my credit card in late February. A mess during my husband’s heath crisis. Not sure about ever shopping there again.”
