Missing Parts

“I purchased as a gift to self. Upon opening plastic pieces came falling out. Then I noticed not all the parts were in carton. I called spoke with a customer service representative. Asked me if I wanted a refund or replacement. I said a refund as long as you pick item up. I explained I am older and unable to lift in the car. He said a representative would email me and to check junk mail to. I have received no further response.”

Beautiful but uncomfortable

“Perfect size, the color is a light tan and not white (a bit of a disappointment), took a couple hours to put it together, and the seat is a little hard. Unfortunately, it doesn't go down a far as I would like it.”
