Fatal Flaw in the Construction

“We received this last Saturday (Feb 8) and were eager to put it tilogether. That part was fairly straight forward, but then we discovered that there wss a basic flaw in the construction. To put it simply, there was no way to stop the chair from reclining. No wat whatsoever. The screw handle that was supposed to do it wasn't long enough to stop it. And even if it was rhere was no way this mechanism would work.
Don't waste your money. It's a fatal flaw.”

“It’s a nice looking chair. The leather is medium soft. I would have liked the back of the chair to be a little taller for head support. I am 5‘11“. Would also like the armrest to be a little taller. Overall though it is comfortable for me. My gal, who is 5’7” fits nicely.”
