Disappointing Purchase

“I've ordered a couple of other pieces in the past and was very satisfied. This ottoman disappointed me. There was a significant crack in the wooden tray and it also looked like a "rushed" assembly with the inside of the cushion not lined up correctly before stapling together. Very dissatisfied... :(”
