“One of the legs would not screw in all of the way, apparently this is third party vender item and attempting to return without success. Waiting for a specialist to call me, has been over a week significant trouble with Ashley furniture, do not recommend purchasing online due to this hassle.”

“Got the "black/gray". its just charcoal gray. Almost has a blue hue to it. Not exactly what I was looking for, but for the price it works just fine. Wood bottom seems almost unfinished. Rough, and not smooth like it has been sanded. Assembly was uncomplicated. It says it is comfortable because of the padding...but its not comfy by any means. I guess overall description was not as stated, but it is still nice and I like it.”

“My first Ashley Furniture order online and I will Never do it again. My item arrived with no legs or feet. When I called Ashley Customer Support they said it came from a third party and that I would need to wait for contact from them. Terrible experience! Never again.”

Was shipped sand apparently damaged
& returned. I’ve reached out but still have not received confirmation that the order has been fulfilled with a replacement item nor have I received a new tracking number.”
