Nice store poor service after the sake

“Not satisfied with the service after the sale. I still have not received the desk I ordered in August. Delivery was scheduled for September 23 then I receive a Delivery notice with a new delivery date of October 7 a notice. Also the credit I was supposed to receive on the desk for $50 has not been processed that was supposed to happen the first week of September. Now I’ll have to make another trip to the store to try to get that corrected. The next thing is a side table I ordered online & receive shipping notice that would be available September 23. I drive to the Bowling Green warehouse and learn it will not be available until the 30th. I did not receive notice that the pick up date had been delayed. Again, I’ll have to make another trip to the warehouse next week. This time I’ll call first. Very poor customer service, lack of communication, communication, and follow through. I’ll definitely think twice before I buy from Ashley again.”

“Everything about this ottoman is awesome! The color is so happy & adds a pop of color to my bathroom vanity. The storage under the lid fits my guest towels perfectly, freeing up my shelves for other items I use more often. Construction is very solid & materials are good quality!”

“This produce is very sturdy & made of soft external material. It has large storage capacity within. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is due to the fact I would love it, even more, if it had something on the bottom that made it easier to slide on my rug (since we move it around the living room) .”

“I love the way all my choices from TOV have come together. They are all comfy,durable and totally a great decorative choice. My ottoman is a perfect storage for blankets or baby toys. My SOFA SECCIONAL is a wide 90 inches of greatness. The color is beautiful and went perfect with my Turin Congnac Velvet chair. The fabric is super soft. Waiting on my side table to arrive I love that I found TOV FURNITURE.”
