Never again!

“I never received it after 9 days and you actually have the audacity to ask me for a review? NEVER EVER AGAIN will I order anything from Ashley. The tracking number they send to you doesn’t work. On top of that, they use FedEx! I call and the lady tells me my delivery date has changed. Really? I attempted to track my order and it tells me to call Customer Service. Ashley emailed and said my package was delivered. FedEx site shows it’s in Georgia. My original order said it will ship in 3-5 days. I’m on day 8. The agent said that’ s just shipping. Yeah so it’s another 4 days for delivery? Please. Now I’m asking for my money back and she says unfortunately because it’s already shipped you can’t get your money back. Lies! Find your supervisor or call Mr or Mrs Ashley yourself because you will give me my money today. Call FedEx and have them turn that truck back around. The supervisor did return a portion of my money. They should. This wears my first and LAST time ever ordering from them.”

Loose legs

“This Futon does not look exactly like the photo online. It wasn’t very easy to put together, although we followed the instructions and took three people, and in the end we could not put the legs on the base of the futon.
It seems something is wrong with the threading of the legs and the screws since the legs are on and loose. No stability. My futon is laying on its backside with three legs two of them loose one tight and unable to shoot put on the fourth leg.
I will need to call to see if I can get replacement legs for the futon and if this doesn’t work, I may have to return the futon”

“Good sofa/futon for the price. Its comfortable to sit on. Might not be too comfortable to sleep on for someone whos on the taller side unless they slept at a diagonal. Overall its well made and has the option of reclining either back rest or both at the same time to sit back or lay flat”

“I like the style of this Futon. You can fall asleep on it and it's not too bad. The middle part can be a bit uncomfortable. It doesn't feel a 100% solid but it is a Futon and I don't use it every day. For its purpose it's useful. I wish the width of the seat was bigger, may just be a preference.”
