“The couch holds a body. So one star for that. One star for the color being correct.
Other than that… quality is pretty poor, even for a $300 couch. The back of each cushion has a very visible, black zipper down the middle. So if you are planning not to put this in the middle of a room- don’t. There is also a 4” gap at the bottom of the back to leave room to recline. Wouldn’t be an issue if it weren’t lined with what looks like black landscape cloth. Less than ideal.
The product photos conveniently avoid those parts of the couch.
Wish we would have purchased something that actually looks like the photos. Unfortunately the cheap hardware will likely be too much of a pain to disassemble and return. Box also arrived in shambles - but that’s the shipper’s deal.”

“Have yet to receive the couch futon. The tracking of the order had errors. I could not link the tracking number to FedEx. I had to copy and go to FedEx to input the numbers to find where the order was in shipping.”
