“It looks handsome and was easy to install.. I have used it only for a week thought time will prove if it is reliable.. however my apartment is in the 3rd floor they delivered it to the ground floor so i had to find help from a neighbor to haul it, not nice ! Just beware of this possibility!”

“It is cheaply made on the inside the outside looks are great but where the legs attach to the frame is only secured by 3 bolts that go into a cheap particle board type wood, it has a hole for the fourth but it doesn’t secure into anything.
Because of this when I turned the couch over after spending two hours putting it together one of the legs cracked off a piece of the “wood” and I am now waiting to hear back on replacement or refund for 3 days now.
This is a great couch to look at but I would be severely hesitant if you have to put any weight on it or have kids jumping on it etc, the leg design is not designed to hold any weight.”

“Very very very very uncomfortable.Hard and cheaply made. Will be good for a college kid maybe no a 50 year old woman. Then one of the legs broke. It took me almost I st 2 weeks for a rep to help me properly to get a refund. I'm disabled and told them that and it was no way to get it out the hallway. I end paying someone to bring in my apartment so said customer service is like this now and products”

Went together very well, that is all holes lined up perfectly.
The seat upholstery is connected to the back upholstery, so every time you bring the back cushion up and down for futon use, it stretches the gap.
Have only used twice and the upholstery is coming up off of the seat cushion.
My fix will be to separate the two and glue the upholstery to the back and seat cushions separately.”

“The wood under the legs snapped. My husband was able to buy some wood and make it useable. We would have returned it but we would have had to disassemble it and repackage it. It was quite heavy. Since my husband put knew wood under it, it is now useable. Would not buy again.”

“First there is no way this futon weighs 46 lbs. Second, the four outer legs do not fit as they should. Only two are actually pointing out as they should. The product bought on line is extremely flimsy and I recommend getting the insurance. It looks good, but I doubt if it is used it is going to last long.”

“The sofa is beautiful and relatively easy to assemble. However, the legs I received were a different color than shown on the website. I contacted customer service, and they offered two options: return the entire sofa for a full refund or keep it with a 15% partial refund.
Returning it would have been too much time for me, so I chose the refund. I was disappinted becouse I’m keeping something that doesn’t match what I purchased. While I appreciate the resolution, the manufacturer’s response was underwhelming, and I remain unsatisfied with the outcome.
If you’re picky about color details, be cautious.”
