“I bought this couch to furnish an apartment while in school. I do think this is a budget couch as the couch itself is quite firm (not cushy). I like the size. Could easily seat more than 2 people.”

Serviceable product, problematic instructions

“A serviceable product. All parts were included, BUT the instructions skipped the absolutely vital step showing when and in what order to attach other pieces to the main four-panel padded unit. I had to unscrew (w/allen wrenches) lots of bolts I'd carefully tightened already and figure out on my own the best way to proceed.”

“Seating is spacious for 3 people, but the middle area is not entirely covered with cushion and you can feel the frame underneath. Setup difficulty is moderate. Some parts are pretty hard to align, but you can get the job done with enough pressure. Overall, it's good for the price.”

“This is NOT quality furniture. It had a cracked leg and screws didn't line up right and hundreds of little beads were everywhere and you could hear them when you reclined the futon, like a rain stick sound. Now jumping thru hoops to get refunded and have them get it out of my house. Very slow response time thru emails.”
