“Great piece that fit perfectly in the space we had. I hope that it is durable and lasts. Seems to be well made and sturdy but time will tell. Delivery was supposed to be to the door but it was not. That was a problem and cost me more money to pay someone to move the box for me.”

“We were very surprised. When we opened the box, the ottoman was already assembled. The only thing we had to do was put the legs on it and place it where we wanted it. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC no assembly”

“It's been terrible. The ottoman hasn't arrived. I was promised yesterday's delivery. Wasted 4 hours waiting, couldn't talk to a human on customer service. As I look out my windows, it still hasn't arrived, no updates on its location. Can't track it today. I see no option to do so. Just an awful experience. Completely terrible”

“The product that we received was NOT new.
Must have been a return from a previous order. The underneath fabric had lengthy tears in 2 major areas, all 4 legs arrived in non sealed box & were scratched (photos shared with Ashley Call centre in Philipnes who were extremely unhelpful)
In store great - Online Nightmare.
No immediate swap of product or refund instead told to wait 5 days. Shocking. Buy online from other vendors who value customers”
