Frustrated by the return policy

“The ottoman is fine; the color was different than I was expecting. One star is because Ashley misrepresents their return policy- so buyer beware! I tried returning it, although Ashley is denying the return. Policy states call with 24 hours for damage and that they will take returns with 30 days of delivery. I called at 10 days for an undamaged item (only issue is color), and it’s been denied twice. So I will probably resell and skip purchasing from Ashley on line again.”
