Horrible customer service follow up from Ashley

“Ottoman arrived damaged, I’ve never experienced such a bad return process. Was told by someone at call centre that the whole thing would need to be replaced, but also had e mails asking for the part number so thought just the damaged piece would be replaced and cancelled the fedex pick up. He showed up anyway when I wasn’t there, so cancelled the pick up. I was called back the next day and told that the whole thing would need to be replaced and that fedex would be back the same day. No one showed up and I called 4 times tell to escalate, was transferred to FedEx and Ashley hung up. Unit is still here and have been told to call back if not picked up in a week.”
