Need all of the Parts so i can decide if I should recomend

“Well, we are missing a leg and the "velvet" upholstery is actually linen . It looks like it will be ok once the missing leg is in our possession so we can actually fully assemble the futon and try it out. The process for getting replacement parts is a tad more discombobulated than it needs to be. I mean, really, the only number you should need is the order number. I shouldn't have to look for the model #, serial #, the date of construction... I expecte better from Ashley”
