Defective Furniture

“I received this love seat on Jan 21st. The wrinkles in the leather remain. They sent a technician out to replace the foam back cushion after I made it cleart hat I want a replacement. I declined the refurbish because I requested a replacement love seat. I am a disabled Veteran and I need the comfort and support I paid for, not a refurbished brand new piece of furniture (see pic). This was less than 72 hours of delivery and Ashley has not reached out for an approval for a replacement. This your product Ashley furniture. Make it right.”

“We purchased a different couch online first and it was so uncomfortable after several weeks we knew we needed something else. We were able to go into our local store and sit in this one and it was very comfortable. After going home and thinking about it, we went ahead and ordered it online for delivery, and we were pleasantly surprised that it was delivered within a week! The full service delivery went perfectly, and it’s exactly what we wanted. Maybe a little bluer than it looks online (we love the color, but be aware it’s more blue than gray to me). We’ve had it 3 weeks and so far we love it, showing no damage from our dog’s claws jumping up and down and working great and sooooo comfy!”
