“Ive had this sofa for now 3 years and Boy am I glad i took out the KY 4 year protection plan. My Recliner and sofa that match are FALLING apart and we are not hard on our sofas at all, actually hardly sit on them. The material is coming off on one arm. I hope my protection plan was worth the money.!!! Its not comfortable to sit or sleep on for a nap. I'm not a fan at all! I would of taken it back if I'd of known that a once $4,000-2 couch system was going to fall apart.!!”

“Wonderful, extremely well made and comfortable sofa. It looks gorgeous in our house. Very happy with my purchase. I did purchase the service contract because of the power operation, and that gives me great peace of mind. Also had Ashley deliver and set up. Their people were super nice. I bought the oversized recliner too. So glad I found this set.”

“The back seat is very tall. I only got this couch because the other, similar gray couch was on back order and then canceled. I do appreciate the arm rests being fluffy soft. Why is the back so tall?!”

“I've had this set since summer of 2019. I chose the gray color. I have three kids and two dogs and this set looks brand new still. The best part of this set is the comfort. This is by far the most comfortable living room set we have owned. Also, everyone comments on how beautiful it is when they visit my home for the first time.”
