Sliding off the front of the sofa

“Sofa looks nice however just delivered about 6 hours ago and I'm literally sliding forwatd off the sofa. I don't remember sliding forward in the showroom. It isn't very deep. I've contacted my sales person for a return. I'm sure they have something as equally attractive but comfortable”
