“We purchased this set a couple weeks ago and had it delivered yesterday. I am buying happy with our purchase. This set is comfy, beautiful and is all that we were looking for. There are USB ports on every reclining mechanism. A huge plus. The inly thing that bothers me is how slow they recline but that's because I want to be lazier faster. I'll adjust my patience so not complaining. This purchase was easy, convenient and fast.”

“I love the sofa, which I bought for my son. I have several Ashley furniture pieces, all of which are outstanding. I highly recommend Ashley as their products are of outstanding quality and long lasting. This sofa solved several problems. Now we have two recliners, a new sofa and more space. Being genuine leather adds to the elegant look.”

“Went into the West Jordan location looking for all leather couch and matching loveseat with recliners, was shown this set and a few others, I ended up purchasing this couch and matching loveseat. A few months later the couch would make an awful noise as you reclined it, called and a technician came out, come to find out I was told this set is not all leather, it has faux leather. The only parts that are real leather are where your skin touches. So the noise is the real leather rubbing the faux leather it is loud and very abnoxious .I was told this was a leather couch and loveseat. And was informed Ashley doesn’t sale an all leather couch as they state. Very disappointed in the quality, the miss representation of the sales people who told me these were all leather. Will never shop at Ashley’s AGAIN. I paid leather prices for not all leather!”

“Severely uncomfortable. I'm 5'5 and when you recline at all the padding goes uneven and hurts your back and neck after a few minutes. Feels like the padding was done wrong. In some places you feel the framing hitting your back and other places you end up with too much padding causing a weird hunching position. My son who's 5'9 says it's even uncomfortable at his height. You can hardly reach the buttons when reclined. I am going to get rid of this couch and get something else. I wouldn't want this thing even if it was free. Even company that visits comments on how awkward the build is if reclining. Save your money! Get something else. We also unfortunately got the chair and it is even worse than the couch. The store model doesn't feel like this. Not sure if we just got a bad production piece or what, but this brand is horrible.”

“So unhappy with the company. We spent a lot of money on there a month ago and had furniture delivered and a bracket was broken. Waited for a technician to come to the house to tell us the bracket was broken and waited for a new one to be delivered. Once it was delivered we had to wait again to come to the house to tell us. It was the wrong part that was ordered. And they had to order the new part and we had to wait again. It has been a month and we have not been able to use our couch. We reached out to our local Ashley who referred us to corporate and no one has done anything. I tried calling corporate today and they said I had to wait for the three days to be able to see what was decided with the information I brought to them. I think this is a bad people who spend a lot of money . Word of mouth is a lot for a company and I will be telling everyone I know about this.”

“I bought this sofa by reading the reviews. How could I go wrong with all 5 rated stars, right? Wrong! The middle piece of the sofa sits 2 inches higher than the end of the sofa. I am so disappointed!!! This makes it so uncomfortable to sit on and by no means can you lay on it. I can only give it 1 star because I have to, to be able to write this review.. I’m going to call Ashley and see if they can come and get it. I’ve waited thinking the sofa would adjust as we sat on it but it hasn’t. It is not only uncomfortable but an eye sore to look at.”

“We have been buying furniture from Ashley, previously Furniture Showplace for over 25 years. Multiple complete Living room's, and Bedrooms, tempurpedic and other mattresses etc, We always kept coming back, because it was always great furniture. We followed the advice of a salesperson at the store. And we recently bought the entire set. We were past due to replace our living room couches. We are so disappointed! I wish the problems presented themselves before the 30-day return window, but they sadly did not It could not possibly be any more uncomfortable or any louder. When you open and close the recliners, they make a plastic or rubber rubbing sound that pierces through your ears like nails on a black board. If you move to reposition yourself it feels and sounds cheap. You get stuck like your on Velcro. This is not smooth supple leather. We literally made one payment and we hate this set and now we're stuck with it. I would have rather kept my 12 year old leather reclining set that I donated to goodwill before being stuck with this horrible furniture. Dont buy this set and make the same mistake we made. It's just so HORRIBLE I cant wait to get rid of it. What a shame because we have to finish paying for it and then start all over again. I'm making this review because I wish someone else would have been more honest in reviewing this furniture. It would have prevented me buying it and making this huge mistake.”
