“Really comfortable. Looks good and seems to be well made. But…they leave the wires hanging down in the back, looks terrible. Really should have a wire chase or ties or something to make it look better and not stick out where you can trip on it.”

Not the best!

“Couch is very gorgeous and great material; however, the middle cushion does not last. I have had 2 of these couches and the wood has broken in the middle cushion both times. Same spot in the same way. I was given a replacement for the 1st broken couch after I paid the $169 shipping fee. I was told by Ashley's sale person I could not purchase furniture protection for the replacement. Upon talking to customer service, I learned I could have purchased replacement plan. They haver offered to fix the wood in the couch if I can bring it to their warehouse or they can pick it up for $169. I'm not sure what to do at this point, because I'm sure it will break again.”

Too many issues for the cost

“The couch is comfortable the leather is really soft. I purchased the couch in February, I was happy to learn that it came in several pieces so it would fit through my door without issue. After it was assembled the left recliner was lowering crooked. I was later told that it happens often because the motor to the recliner is close to floor and if the couch is put down too hard it can harm it. They sent a technician out who said the new parts would be ordered and delivered in a week. This did not happen. I had the couch for about a month before the technician came out and in that time I noticed that the cushion on the right recliner was already leaning towards the middle. This too was to be replaced. When the motor and cushion did not arrive in 2.5 weeks I called and was told it would be another month before I received it. We are now 2 weeks past that time. Now I am noticing that the center cushion is collapsing toward the right. I see from another review that this happened to them as well. For a $3,200 couch this is a lot of issues. The fact that no one at Ashley is following up to make sure these parts are delivered is rather frustrating. I guess we will be making another call to see what is happening, but at this point I almost want a new couch as this one has too many issues.”
