Disappointed with Quality and Warranty – Not Worth the Price

“I purchased the Lockesburg Reclining Sofa and Loveseat (color: Canyon) in January 2020, hoping for comfort, durability, and peace of mind with the added 5-year protection plan. Initially, the set looked great and was comfortable. However, within a few years, the “leather” started peeling off badly on both the sofa and loveseat.
When I reached out to the protection plan provider (ProtectAll by GBS), I was shocked to learn that peeling, fading, and gradual wear are not covered, even though the warranty was advertised to cover stains and damage. They also dismissed my claim due to the 30-day reporting window, which is very impractical for issues that develop slowly over time.
This experience left me extremely disappointed—not only with the quality of the furniture, which did not hold up even with moderate use, but also with the misleading protection plan that ended up being useless.
Pros:
•Initially looks good
•Comfortable when new
Cons:
•Peeling and color loss within 2–3 years
•Poor durability
•Warranty excludes common wear issues
•Customer service pushes out-of-pocket repairs
Verdict:
Would not recommend. Save your money or look for a brand that stands behind their product and protection plan.”
