Extremely comfortable with a not so great heat option, and massage makes my back sore.

“Well, after having sat in it for at least an hour at the Ashley outlet store, I had to have this. The only problem I have is that it is uncofortable to sit in straight up, without the ottoman extended. It sort of makes me slouch when I am sitting in it normally.
Now the great thing about this recliner/loveseat is how amazing the electric pillow is. When extended I have no back pain, and the pillow is unreal! It literally puts my head in any position I want so I do not need to put a pillow behind my head like my manual recliner. This loveseat/recliner is the perfect height for my 5'9 frame.
The only other issue is that I actually feel sore after the massage sometimes and I normally have back problems anyway. The heating element also seems to only heat the part under my butt, and it gets pretty hot. The backrest does not heat up at all so I may have a defective seat. I will have to go back to the store to see if theirs does the same thing. I will be disappointed if the backrest does not heat at all like the photos suggest. This is strange.
Other than those few things this loveseat/recliner is very comfortable and I still recommend it. The huge amount of storage is great as well as the USB A and USB C connections.”
