“So sad it’s discontinued!!!!! Unavailable now. Had been looking at the sofa /loveseat/ recliner combo for over 6 years but wasn’t willing to pay almost 10 K.. naturally now that it’s on clearance it’s discontinued and not in stock not quite sure why they even have it on the website if you can’t even buy the product.”

“I bought this from the store in Davenport FL and in the show room it seemed very comfortable , however the one delivered was not comfortable. I called Ashley customer service within 48 hours and discovered since I ordered this in store I could not return the item but had I ordered it on line I could have returned it! Very dissatisfied with the return policy and the couch.”

“Had this for a while. Comfortable but the massager got loud and is less powerful as it once was. Husband's seat is sinking a bit, so I find his side less comfortable. We will be using our warranty soon to get it fixed. We like the cup holder/seat option.”

“For comfort and functionality, I would give this a '5'. It drops a point for me because, from strictly an appearance perspective, it's not something I would have chosen as a decor item. However, I didn't really buy it for its looks.
My husband and I both have back issues-- nothing unusual, just the typical disc compressions and arthritis that come with lifetime wear and tear. We've found that the power-lift, massage and heat functions in this sofa are very beneficial to both general maintenance and recovery from overwork. Several times now, I've stretched out in a full recline after standing too long or waking up with an extra-sore back, and after I've let myself relax for 30 minutes or more, I've stood up to find I have no pain at all. This has happened both with and without using the massage function. In full recline, the leg lift is high enough to effectively address things like ankle-swelling, but mostly I just use it to counter my old habit of crossing my legs in a seated position, so I can keep my circulation in good order. The massage function was a surprise-- rather than a vibrating action, which I expected, it provides more of a shiatsu-style massage; it's helped with some specific areas of my upper and lower back where, again, we all typically develop some chronic pain or discomfort (especially if we have a desk job). And one of my favorite things about it: It can work on the two of us at the same time-- there's no need to wait or compete for some time in "the chair".
Regarding the look of the sofa, well... it's just not my style. But it's easy to see that it's a quality item, well-tailored of high-grade materials. The leather is genuine where it counts and where it's not leather it's hard to tell a difference. Even though it wouldn't be my first choice in aesthetics, I'm in no way apologetic for its overall appearance-- it's actually right for the family room it's in, where strict style-match is not something I require.
So-- for me it's a very strong "4.8". For you, it may be a "5.2". There's more I could say but I have to get up from this desk chair right now!”

“It’s absolutely amazing! We love our new couch! The massage feature is heavenly and the drop down middle is such a handy feature! It seems really nice quality and it’s unbelievably comfortable. I cannot recommend it enough. It’s got all the bells and whistles you could ever want, it feels so luxurious and more expensive than it really is. And, It seems pretty resistant to my dogs playing on it and roughhousing.. If you’re thinking about getting it, do it!! Treat yourself! It’s so worth every penny.”

The couch is comfy-the leather feels nice and the massaging chairs, while not aggressive, iare still really relaxing after a long day at work! They told me that I will now have to feed them because they don’t want to leave their chairs 😂🤣. The extra storage in the arms are nice and deep-I can fit my IPad, MacBook Pro among other things with plenty of room to spare. This couch is a winner!”
