“We love our new loveseat HOWEVER the massage/ heat unit has already stopped working after only three weeks. We have appt with tech in am. I am hoping that Ashley will stand by their products and give us a replacement vs repair. We bought for the long term and need to be worry free for many more years.”

Power Reclining Loveseat Experience with Excellent Service and a later Feature Issue

“The purchasing experience for my new power reclining loveseat exceeded expectations. The sales representative was very helpful and conducted the process with a high level of professionalism, making it easy to select the right product. Delivery and setup were also handled smoothly. The team was quick, careful, and ensured the loveseat was functioning before they left.
A few days after installation, the massage feature on the loveseat stopped working as intended. The unit still powers on and makes noise, although it no longer produces the massage effect. I am not sure how to resolve this and will need assistance to get the feature working again.
Despite this issue, I want to acknowledge the positive experience with the sales and delivery teams. I hope to have the massage function restored soon, since the loveseat has otherwise been a great addition to my living space.
Rating 4/5 until the massage feature is hopefully repaired.”
