Warranty is not what they advertise!

“Very disappointed! The chairs were delivered on Feb 3, on Feb 6 one chair something happened to the middle of the back with a hard lump that would not go away. We did a request for warranty, after 10 days we get an email that the part was ordered. NO ONE EVEN CAME TO SEE THE PROBLEM AND ORDERED A PART. A service call will be here on the 26, we will see if the chair gets fixed or I will request a refund for both chairs.”

Ashley's Best Recliner

“This isn't the first Ashley recliner I've had but it's the best one. The specs and descriptions on the website were spot on. Spacious and comfy for a 250lb 5'6" woman. The massager is awesome, it kneads my back as well as my PT. I don't think I'll use the heat but it works well if needed. The delivery guys went above and beyond, so glad I spent the extra money. This purchase was a good experience, I highly recommend Ashley. I'm a senior who suffered 2 strokes, so I spend the day and night in my recliner, it sleeps better than my hospital bed.

“The recliner is a beautiful chair but it doesn’t give enough power when massaging you. I can hardly feel the pressure especially in the lower back area. I do feel it in my upper back near my clavicle area but below that their almost no pressure points. I was very disappointed. When it come to recommendations I would tell my friends that its a beautiful recliner but not enough power.”

“The chair is very comfortable and versatile with the ability to adjust the headrest, a built in back massage with a heater and cup holders. Wonderful for someone with back issues like my husband. If we could change anything, we’d include an adjustable remote for the massage so you could pick intensity and where on the back is massaged. It currently has four preprogrammed massages that does hit the entire back. Looks get in our office day or night with the movie theatre lighting below the seat.”

“Chair was delivered and headrest didn’t work. Instead of coming to look at it or fix it, they ordered a bunch parts delivered to my house and wanted me to wait a week or 2 for a “repair”. I returned it, not ordering again. Terrible service.”
