Beware of massage not working and Ashley doing nothing

“Purchased the sofa and loveseat as a set for our home living room upon delivery one of the seats on the love seat does not massage. Contacted customer support with 3.5 hours of my delivery and was told they will create a ticket for defective furniture and I should hear from someone from Ashley within 1-2 business days to see if they want me to send the whole couch back or if they will have a tech come to try and repair. 3 days went by and haven’t heard a word so I called back and was told a ticket was never successfully submitted. So I sat on the phone with customer service for 1hr and 19 mins and emailed him photos of my love seat and a video of the seat not functioning when turning on the massage function. Now told to wait another 1-2 business days for a response to see how they would like to fix this issue. When spending close to $7,000 for new couchs and loveseat with a $1,000 warranty you would think they would make sure to handle the situation. But not Ashley Furniture. Will update after Ashley replaces the loveseat or has a tech come fix it.”
