“4 & half months into owning this set, the lights in the fold down (that we never use) don't work.
This furniture set is absolute garbage & a complete inconvenience when you constantly have to sit down & get back up.
Lesson learned - should have bought another manual reclining set.”

“Have loved this it's very well made. We got the gray and it was not in the store so the sales rep ordered ot for us. It gives a tan vibe a bit, so I wish it was more gray, but other than that no complaints, love the heat and massage features. We have had this for almoast a year now and it's held up really well and I beleive it will last a very long time”

“Its TERRIBLE! Dont buy it or the recliner! Bought almost 2 weeks ago & its been nonstop problems. We just moved into our new home & we cant even fully enjoy our EXPENSIVE brand new furniture. VERY DISSAPOINTED! Been back and forth with Ashley & also received a replacement & after the delivery team left, "brand new" couch stopped working fully again (about 10 min after they left). The recliner hums & is equally as bad as the couch. This is NOT what I expected. I'm still waiting for corporate to respond & give us our full refund on this sofa & recliner set. We purchased the ins coverage plan & still not much support. The extended waiting is truly unaccebtable. You dont treat customers like this. It was a sacrifice for us to make this purchase & the couch/sofa & the recliner are a dissapointment. Words cant express enough our hurt & feelings regarding the handling of these problems. The same smile & attention we received the day we walked into Ashley, should be the same we receive now.”

“We bought two couches for our living room. They are very stiff and hard. The back rest feels like you’re leaning against a board. There’s also three motors in the couch, which wasn’t ever disclosed to us by the salesperson. I thought everything would be wired into one plug, not three. I now wish we wouldn’t have bought them. I looked online and they’re saying with home delivery, you only have 3 days to return them? Don’t know if I would be able to return them and get something else that’s more comfortable.”
