Love this furniture!!!

“We are so happy with the comfort and options this furniture affords. The most important is the ability to move the foot and head rest to our desired position. (we suffer from back and neck issues.) It is a bit firm, but exactly what we need at this stage in life. It has so many other usable options; massage, heat, lighting, cup holders, phone charging & storage. Our only regret with this furniture is not discovering it sooner:)”

Nice looking couch but no manual beware

“comfortable to a t. Our other sofa was showing its age. There was nothing i didn’t like. Anyone who buys this sofa/recliner will be happy. Heated seats, massage plenty of head/back positions. Just don’t eat drink on them least i’m not. Plus the lighting middle has touch buttons low/med/full bright. Wireless charging Both sides have usb-b-c Lift up the head rest center seat pull down a huge arm rest with cup holders. The two ends have cup holders you flip ones for coffee cups other for sodas etc. Next you have storage on either side arm rest for tv remotes. Led light strip down the front and in the pockets more storage their to. That lighting is in the inside pocket storage. on either side of the sofa. Middle section is just a seat only the two ends recline etc. Be patient if their back ordered”

Great couch, but not for everybody.

“I love the features and design of the couch. The air massage is nice. Unfortunately the air massage mechanism behind the cushion makes my back very sore. If you are a large person, I think you will likely have the same issue as me. If you’re interested in this couch, spend a good amount of time sitting in it at the store to make sure it doesn’t make you sore. It took me an hour or 2 of sitting to start noticing it. I will be exchanging mine for something else.”

Extremely uncomfortable back rest

“Looks nice and the heater and massage is nice. The major issue is that the back rest feels like you are sitting with a 2x4 on your spine. Almost as if there is no cushion at all. Additionally, if you recline the seat back you have to raise the head rest up all the way just to make it somewhat comfortable as it will make the wood plank feeling 10x worse. I’m pretty sure that the wood plank feeling I’m referring to is from the air massage feature. To be completely honest it’s almost as if your laying on the floor with a blanket under you as a “cushion”.”

“This is more a review of the service, rather than the furniture. We purchased this sofa in store. at the time of purchase we asked if there was any type of discounts or a price guarantee, we were told because its an exclusive item there were no discounts, then they did offer some no interest financing. We put about a third down...(could have just paid for it but why not take the no interest) We got it delivered today, we went on line to get some instructions because it came with nothing and we see that the sofa is 200.00 less on line. We talked to the store and were initially told " no problem we will credit you" we asked for that in writing and now we are told because we took the financing... that they pushed...we could not get the credit. It all feels like a scam... hopefully it turns out to be quality furniture...”

“We purchased this sofa few weeks back for our media room use. Sofa looks really great, but the sofa makes constant ringing noise as soon as we start the massager. Massager makes constant rhyming noise near the ear. It's kind of loud in an indoor room setting. I would not recommend this for media or entertainment room use. Its noisy and you will likely get headaches/migraines because of the constant noise.”

“If I could give negative stars I would. We got told they were durable, pet safe and stain resistant. Our set was already ruined within the first few weeks. After spending over $6,000 I would expect better quality. I won't even start on the customer service or non existent return policy.”

“I really like this sofa set but it took a while to get used to. To be honest I wanted to return it after I first purchased because it was too firm for my liking. I would sit in it and have back pain afterwards. I took me about a month to get used to it. My guess is that I was used to the old soft and lumpy sofa that I had prior to this one. A year later and I’m literally falling asleep in this thing. The only thing is if you’re a taller person your feet me hang off a little after reclining. So if you are unsure just give it time and let the leather soften a bit. You won’t regret it.”

“I am so upset with this purchase. We sat in it in store and it felt comfortable but after we got it delivered to our house it feels like a completely different sofa. It is extremely uncomfortable and I have terrible back pain after sitting in it even for a short period of time. The lumbar area of the couch sticks is not adjustable and is hard as a rock. You have to raise the headrest up all the way to even be able to sit in it. The sales guy at the store also did not tell us it was final sale so now we are stuck with a couch we can’t even use. Beyond upset and disappointed”

Solid construction of the sofa and recliner that we purchased. Of note, once you receive the new sofa/recliner, give it several minutes after sitting and turning on the message feature before it starts working. We thought we had received a defective set. After first use, the sofas are perfect! LED lighting which seems like a gimmick actually looks nice at night time when watching TV. Very happy with the purchase.”
