“Really nice features and it looks fancy and high quality, BUT it was not comfortable. It's very firm and the lumbar massage gets stuck in an uncomfortable postition when turned off. It poked into my back and actually made me sore. For reference I am 5'3" so maybe I was just too short for it. We returned it. I suggest you try it in store before buying.”

“I love the color. It matches the rest of my furniture. I’ve had to sit in it practically all day due to foot surgery. It’s not as comfortable as I thought it would be. The massage is wonderful. Can’t feel the heat.”

Comfortable but low quality.

“This reclining is comfortable, but there are several issues that I have with it. First of all, when reclining, it makes a lot of noise. It creaks like a drawbridge raising. Second, the headrest is already discolored for some reason. I have only had it for a several months and it does not look like it is going to last. I am going to try a warranty claim to get it fixed.”

“Massage unit stopped working 1 week after receiving the chair. Asked twice to replace it and, after a week or two, refused. Told it needed to be repaired because we had it for more than THREE DAYS. It has been 9 weeks and we are still waiting for it to be repaired.”

“Our other recliner from Ashley we had to submit a warranty claim twice. Both times for the same part. The first replacement part was faulty so we had to go get through the whole process again. And don’t even get me started on the poor communication with customer support. What a joke. Bottom line we won’t EVER purchase from this company again.”
