“I chose this sofa and chair set specifically because the sofa has a split in the middle so the whole thing can recline, vs the three way split where only the ends recline. Unfortunately it was not available to check out in person at any of the local stores so I purchased based on other reviews and crossed my fingers. It did not disappoint! This set is so comfortable! Leather is soft and cushions are cushy! We did have the delivery with assembly, so perhaps the person with functional issues just did not have it put together correctly?? Anyway, I would definitely recommend to others based on the few days we have had the set.”

“If you like gaps, flaws in material, noisy mechanicals and uneven pieces then this is the furniture set for you. So poorly designed for high end furniture! Tech is coming to fix but I just don’t have faith in that.”

Poor quality!!

“Don’t buy this set. I bought the recliner and the sofa and both started peeling a month after I got it. Ashley refused to replace them! The armrest is very hard and you must avoid hitting your butt on it because it is very painful! REPEAT DON’T BUY!! I have pictures to support my poor review!!!”

“Very attractive couch. But probably the most uncomfortable seat I have ever sat in. There is the feeling of a bar across your back, like a pull out couch in recliner form. We have had them for 2 weeks. Ashley furniture had refused to help with returning. Now we are stuck with a couch and chair no one wants to sit in.”
