Not comfortable

“We have had the sofa and loveseat for a year and they are really pretty. Unfortunately they are not very comfortable and I really wish we had bought something else. They are just hard and lack cushioning. My back hurts after 30 minutes if not reclined. Nothing has broken on them and they are pretty but I really regret buying them.”

“Beautiful sofa and great delivery and in-store service. This is replacing our older leather sofa we enjoyed for many years. I knocked off one star because the back is a bit shorter than our older sofa and for me, it doesn't support my head as well. Other than that detail, love it! I am 6 foot 2 inches in height. If that is you, I would suggest a sofa with a taller / Higher back.
- love the power head rest
- love the controls and USB charging ports
- love the style and 100% leather
- love the firmness
- could be better with a taller back for better head support for us taller folks.
- 101 inches long and 308 pounds. it is a beast.”

“Very happy with my new Game Plan power recliner leather sofa but even more impressed with the delivery men who delivered the sofa. They delivered the sofa as scheduled and were extremely professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to reinstall the cotter pin that controls the powered headrest which came loose during shipment. They could have made me call for a replacement sofa but was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and fix the sofa which is above and beyond their delivery duties. They should be commended for their performance and I'm hopeful this review is shared with them as a sign of my appreciation!”

“We went to Ashley to look for beds and tripped across this gem of a sofa and recliner.
Unfortunately we just purchhased other reclining chairs a month ago and they would no let us return them to buy these:(
Key differences are controls on the inside ( a must ) ours are on the outside and not easy to get to. Not as big, bigger isnt always better. Got the chair and a half, it's alot of chair.
