Disappointing Experience – Poor Motor Function and Terrible Customer Service
I purchased this leather chair online, and while the material is absolutely beautiful and looks high-quality, the functionality leaves much to be desired. The motor is extremely slow to pick up, making reclining a frustrating experience. Additionally, the chair has a gentle rocking motion that may seem pleasant at first, but it’s not suitable for elderly individuals or anyone with stability concerns—it poses a real fall risk.
The most disappointing part of this entire experience has been the customer service. I have called five times in an attempt to return the chair and request a refund. I’ve spoken to two different representatives who assured me the return process had been initiated, each time promising follow-up within 72 hours. Unfortunately, I have yet to see any progress after each promised timeframe.
