“I like the look, color, and style, but one recliner does not line up with the rest of the sofa. A technician was sent out and he said it was normal and adjusted the cushion. He explained I needed to adjust the cushion material each time I use it or when I have company, "Just like fluffing a pillow when guest come." This is not acceptable. I hope the matter will be resolved>”
