“Only have of it was delivered the reclining portion is defective and half the couch is not even delivered yet! It came broken and the full delivery is still not even delivered!!!! I’m a physician and not home all the time and now I don’t even have my full set in my house.”

“I realize after the delivery was done that it wasn't put together correctly, cause I have a gap and over lap on two different areas of my sectional and I didn't like that the delivery guys just placed sectional parts on my dinner table along with a box cutter. It may not be something to others but it wrong for many”
