“There are 3 plugs. (One for each recliner and one for the center seat to power accessories) Purchased a $300.00 rechargeable battery to avoid a trip hazard with three cords. Battery only powers the two recliners. Contacted Enouvation to purchase a 2nd battery, which they DID NOT recommend due to accessories drain too much power. Now have a sofa which I can not use the center chair accessories. Staff did not disclose.”

“I know it takes time for leather to break in, but this couch/loveseat are very uncomfortable. It's like sitting on concrete. The heat feature is too hot and can burn your skin if not careful. My set was just delivered yesterday, so still learning the features, but so far, I believe I wasted my money.”

“These couches are very comfortable and the back massage feature is real, not just some vibrating imposter massage device. Real air bags massage your back and it cycles through different patterns. The heat is also good but only on the part you sit on and to recline all the way the couch will need to be about 5inches off of the wall. But these are the best couches I have owned or ever sat in. It's great for my bad back.”
