“Do not buy from Ashley! There is a reason the reviews are terrible! We went into the store to purchase knowing what we wanted and had a credit card we were going to use. First off the sales person asked are you sure you have the balance available- kinda rude. Then the sales person couldn’t get service on the tablet to complete the purchase. We had to wait around for an hour to complete. We got our delivery date and confirmation. The delivery driver said he had 4 pieces for us as they probably told us that the one piece was back ordered. No this was the first we had heard of the back ordered. I called to schedule the back order delivery. They scheduled it for the next Monday. After 5 confirmation texts and 2 voicemails. I called to make sure they were receiving my confirmation and they told me they don’t deliver on Mondays and there was no foreseeable date available. I asked if I could pick it up from a warehouse they said it was not in any warehouse not available at all.”
