“While a beautiful piece of furniture, and feels comfortable for the limited time you have to try it in the store, this is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever sat on. I literally wound up at my chiropractor. Store manager is willing to swap, but corporate says no, in spite of their published policy of it being up to the store manager. Typical corporate greed and double talk!”
