Happy but disappointed with salesman

“We are happy regarding the purchase. My sales men could have been more assertive. Basically walked away from us during our effort to fine this chair. Said we had question didn’t bother to for a while to address our question. The chair was in clearance we asked if he could take 50.00 off he answered diffidently not. We went to the manager asked him and he accommodated us. So the manager was much better than our salesmen.”

“Got this chair for my 90 year old mom. I layered 2 fluffy slip covers from Amazon so she would feel cold from the faux leather. She loves it. Nice medium size for her. She’s 5.5 about 135 pounds.
Highly recommend adding the slip covers for an elderly person. Happy with our purchase. Shipping from fed ex was 2 days late.”

“This recliner is really awesome, nice quality and extra support for head and back. Also, I have to add that the Store Manager, Rosie at the Monroeville, PA location went above and beyond for me.... that is what customer service should be like and hard to find these days. I had previously bought another recliner that was giving me footrest issues... and Rosie was so accommodating in an exchange for me to the Pisgham Recliner which is just amazing. Thank you Rosie!!!”

“Good chair, but unless you have long legs or a cushion behind you, your feet may dangle. I'm a 34" inseam and with my rear all the way back in the chair, my feet dangle. Also, I tend to slide down when the chair is reclined. I find myself lifting myself back to where my rear is at the back of the seat cushion rather than the front. I think this also may be solved if I were about 6'3".
On the plus side, the padding and materials are holding up fine, and the motors have remained as quiet as day one.”

“A little disappointed. The chair seat is crooked. Down on one side enough to to be uncomfortable for my hip and back. The chair sits fore ward too much so that I slip towards the edge eventually. It came without the power chord which took forever to explain to customer service. They wanted a picture of the missing chord. How’s that supposed to happen? Finally she had me take a picture of the empty socket. Real proof I guess. Compared to the couch we ordered from Wayfair, this product was substandard.”
