Great sofa

“I have been using this sofa for about 30 days and really enjoying it. It is leather and initially is a little stiff. But it loosened up quickly within a couple of days of use and still has a nice firm feel. Very easy to use power controls as well and nice reclining positions. Really enjoying this sofa.”

“Ashley Furniture in College Station… The absolute worst customer service for a loyal customer. Always out of stock, backed ordered, and discontinued without any notification after you order and they still keep those selections on the floor. Chad Spencer CEO, please do better. Care about your customers, take pride in service, and please take responsibility for bad service. Holly and EJ are a terrible presentation for your company. Order cancelled and will not be back.

Scratches easily

“I really do love this couch! However I will say, I'm a little bummed as it is definitely not scratch-proof. The day after I got my couch I already had a scuff on the lumbar part of the left side of the couch. Now I have to spend a bunch of time trying to find a protector. I was hoping this would be a good material for having pets but so far not so good.”
