Don’t buy or use warranty

“Although I rarely write negative reviews, my experience with a couch purchased from Ashley in 2020 has been disappointing. The couch, which was supposed to be made of solid leather, was expensive, and I also purchased an 5 year extended warranty. Regrettably, the leather has deteriorated in certain areas, and when I contacted their warranty service The first question they asked me is how long has it been noticed I said some of the wear I’ve noticed for about, I don’t know maybe three months . They then informed me that repairs must be reported within 30 days. Consequently, my claim was denied. I am unhappy with their customer service and would not recommend Ashley or their warranty service to others. Order number 0855194632 if anyone from the company would like to do the right thing and cover such an inferior product.”
