“This chairside end table design is brilliant! Its smaller size makes it the perfect solution for spaces where you need a table but may not have the space for a regular sized end table. We absolutely love the added functionality of being able to plug in our electronics without having to find an outlet behind our furniture. I chose to use this end table as nightstands in our bedroom. “I absolutely love the Havalance set—the antique white wood with the darker contrast is beautiful. Unfortunately, when my end table arrived broken, I was very disappointed.
The furniture is quite heavy and requires a lot of effort to unpack. It also comes with an excessive amount of styrofoam and plywood, which makes a big mess. After all that work, discovering that the door was broken was incredibly frustrating.
Ashley’s solution was to send me a replacement door and hinges, leaving me to drill and install the fix myself. While this might be easy for some, it is not for me. I did not spend hundreds of dollars on a new piece of furniture only to repair it on my own—with no guarantee it will function properly afterward.
The table is far too heavy to repackage and return, and I was not given that option anyway. Instead, I feel stuck with a broken item and very let down by the lack of support. What should have been an exciting purchase has turned into a regrettable experience.”
