Avoid the Havalance collection.

“The quality is subpar. The finish on the top is very thin and when it is chipped is is a bright white underneath. We have only used it for a month and it is already showing a ton of nicks. For the price, I would have expected a much higher quality. We also ordered two side tables. One of them was cracked when it arrived and needed to be replaced. The other one also has a crack but I didn't notice it upon delivery so I don't think we will be able to get a replacement. We paid over 1K for all of this furniture and I doubt it will last very long.”

“The table arrived fully assembled and packed very well. There is a small chip on the corner but due to the weather look of the top it’s hard to see but you can feel the piece that is missing when you touch it. Customer service was amazing and immediately agreed to ship a replacement top. I was thrilled because I love the table and did not want to return it.”

It’s beautiful & I LOVE IT!!!
They made LOTS of drawers for storage!
And, it ROLLS! I love this cause it makes sweeping & mopping my den soo easy!
The lift-top makes eating n the den soo easy n more ways than one! It adjusts to your desired height (which is great on its own) & as a BONUS this helps to eliminate what causes my terrible back pain!

“This table is a piece of junk. The top looks wood but, in my best guess, is plastic. If you tap on it, it sounds hollow. The drawers do not slide very easy. I was hoping the $800 price tag would have ensured a better quality but just another Ashley Furniture customer scammed again. Please believe the reviews and go somewhere else.
Side not about returns: I purchased a side table to match this coffee table. It arrived and I opened the box to find the top had a small bash on the front. I spoke with customer service, and I was given the option of get 5% off ($13). Laughable, so the next option was to donate this table and get a replacement. Once the rep said the table was on the way I was informed I needed to donate the table and get proof with a company name, contact information and signature. Sounds easy but I have been to 3 different thrift stores (Goodwill, Salvation Army and a local one) and they refuse to take it any damaged furniture. CC was charged for 2nd table.”

I will never buy furniture from there again! Bought the 5 year warranty that doesn’t even cover a defective Havalance lift top table top that is warped. They agreed to let me buy just the new top for $100.00+ and tax with free installation. What good is the 5 year “Platinum” warranty I purchased for $439.00?? NEVER again will I purchase from there or recommend anyone to purchase from there.”

Warped, damaged coffee table top

“Delivered a month after purchase. The top was warped and screws striped out of the wood top, and a chip on top. A tech was scheduled to repair, how do you repair warped wood!? 1st tech ordered a new top, very nice and professional tech. Wait on top to be delivered, and called to schedule another tech. 2nd tech shows up, very knowledgeable and professional, and replaced the top. With all Ashley furniture went thru, not to mention the hassle on my end, wouldn't a new table delivered been less complicated? We love the table, but if known the pain that would have incurred, i wouldn't have purchased.”
