“I recently purchased a cocktail table from this store, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Upon getting it home, I discovered numerous scratches and damage all over the table. It's clear that this product is either poorly made or was mishandled before it got to me. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher quality item. I contacted customer service, but the response was not satisfactory. I would not recommend buying furniture from this store if you expect good quality and customer service.”

“I ordered this cocktail table and 2 end tables and it’s been a nightmare. One end table and the cocktail table were damaged. On the 3rd delivery, I finally received an undamaged end table but the new cocktail was damaged again. This time chunks of wood fell off in delivery man’s hand when he opened it . Today, they were supposed to deliver another cocktail table for the 4 th time and arrived without it and had an end table !!! I have taken off of work 4 times for this . Now, I have to wait on a 5th delivery of another table and pray it’s not damaged like the others. I think it’s particle board or cheaply made. They reached out to me and offered me a $25 gift card for some compensation. I’m appalled!!”

“Table came damaged. The end of it is peeling. I sent photos to customer service and they initiated a replacement. We have not received the replacement item.
At this point, I have been calling Ashley every single day and would like a refund as well for the inconvenience. This has been a terrible experience & every agent I have spoken to seems to have no idea what is going on.”

“I absolutely love the design and color of this cocktail table perfectly matches the drapes. The table has a heavy, sturdy structure that feels solid and well-built.
I was a bit disappointed with the laminate. It's very thin and seems prone to chipping. In fact, there's already a small chip on the surface. I'm not sure if it arrived that way or if it happened somehow after delivery, even though the table hasn’t been used and the room has had no foot traffic yet.
I still like the piece enough to keep it. I plan to repair the chip and apply a protective layer to prevent any further damage. Just be aware that while it looks great and is structurally solid, the surface may need a bit of extra care.”
